With the rapid development of the economy, the development of top and high-rise buildings have become the trend of the future all around the world. So, the security of its structure has been the focus within the industry. In recent years, our country has experienced the Wenchuan Earthquake and other natural disasters, which made the structure of seismic design very important. According to China’s 《Seismic Design of Buildings》 and the provisions of 《High-rise buildings Technical specification for concrete structures》, we adobt “three-level”, “two-stage” seismic design method for those building structures, having met the condition of specific application. The method, namely "minor earthquake, the earthquake repairable, earthquake does not fall", has three level of fortification goals. The first stage for the bearing capacity and stiffness, the second phase is through structural weak layer(parts) elastic-plastic deformation analysis and structural measures to meet the “earthquake does not fall”, the two-stage design”. And for overrun high-rise building engineering, which is beyond the current national standards, applicable regulations prescribed types, especially the irregular shape of tall buildings require specialized seismic special review.This paper mainly discusses from the following several aspects:First of all, I expound the development of high-rise building structures, the seismic dangers and the necessity of seismic design of high-rise buildings overrun conduct.Then, I respectively represented in the conventional seismic design of high-rise buildings and calculation methods based on seismic design performance.Next, The Emmanuel palace project engineering data are introduced, the project has been overrun category, introduces the structure and design method.Using satwe and sap2000 software calculations to check each other, for the indicators of overrun aduit analysis and calculation results.Check with each other based on the results of two different computational analysis software, the use of multi-SATWE and SAP2000 seismic performance computing structures under earthquake, obtained by analyzing the results of the calculation, detailing the maximum bending moment of each layer and the maximum shear beam dynamic characteristics of the structure, the structure of the layer between displacement, inter-node maximum displacement and drift angle, as well as changes in the structure of layers such as stiffness, take relevant measures to strengthen specific project overrun, to make the safety performance of the structure are protected.
