With the energy performance indicators being noticed in the hydraulic system, load sensing technology are favored by countries engineers, Load sensing technology is the use of the pressure change in control element to adjust pump or valve’s the pressure and flow to accommodate the needs of the system work, it can make use of energy. The current load sensing system is mainly composed by the variable displacement pump, it can adjustthe pump displacement to match system flow. Load sensing system in this research is mainly composed of the load sensing valve, it can sense the pressure changes in the system to control the valve opening, so that the flow and pressure match the system.This article is based on the actual project research in enterprise. In this article designing a valve-load sensing system according to the needs of users, And it’s for the valve used in the load sensing system to design, to simulate analysis, to experime verification.Firstly, designing the load sensing valve. It’s included designing the structure of the valve,determining main size parameters, optimizating analysis size parameter. Through analysising the valve’s structure of common form to determine the structure of the valve, according to the conditions of valve to calculate the size of parameters, using the simulation software of Fluent to optimize the parameters.Secondly, analysising characteristic of the valve. Theoretical calculations and AMESim software analysis the valve’s opening and closing characterization, in order to provide a reliable basis for the valve in the actual conditions.Thirdly, analysising of the stability of this system in different damping by using theoretical calculations and AMESim software.Finally, experimenting the valve in this system. Through the experimental analysis, verifiing the accuracy of valve’s design, matching the damping in this valve block, testing rationality of software simulation, providing reliable support for the project.
