Comparing the pros and cons of vehicle suspension performance before and after improvement.Secondly, for the improvement of vehicle suspension system, using Pro/E 3 d software of suspension structure and frame of 3 d modeling, and carries on the finite element analysis using ANSYS software, the results fully comply with the design requirements, through the stress and strain experiment and experimental analysis, vibration system completely conform to the requirements of the actual working condition.Finally, the simulation results with the experimental curve contrast, suggests that the indicators meet the design requirements. |
