Research And Design Of Single-Phase Permanent Magnet Low-Speed Linear Motor

Single-phase permanent magnet low speed linear motor is a new motor, which works by changing the magnetic gap waveguide, and can be directly converted into low-power linear motion of mechanical energy, in the engineering field, and has wide application prospect,and more and more gets the favor of many researchers at home and abroad. In this paper, some of the work on the basis of previous theoretical studies, drawing on experience in the design axial excitation type, low-speed rotary and linear motors, single-phase action principle for low-speed permanent magnet linear motor, the air gap magnetic field distribution, design and finite element electromagnetic three-dimensional simulation for a more systematic study, to work for the kind of motor and product depth of the foundation.This paper presents the basic model of single-phase permanent magnet low speed linear motor and split-phase operation of the circuit, starting from the principle of the motor and low-speed operating conditions, the air-gap magnetic field and the kind of motor shaft axial magnetic field generated by the potential and the exchange of winding in-depth analysis of the distribution of the magnetic flux in the air gap and so on. Then this kind of motor electromagnetic design, and electromagnetic parameters and performance of the motor preliminary calculations, the final basis for the establishment of a prototype model of the design parameters.Considering the particularity of motor magnetic circuit, in order to get more close to the motor of the actual operation result. In this paper, Magnet software for static and dynamic characteristics of the prototype of a three-dimensional finite element simulation analysis, simulation results show the correctness of the design of the prototype and reasonable.
