The single phase permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor is a kind of small and special motor, its structure and work principle is complex, the method that is used to analyse the traditional construction motor is not fit to permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor,the research on it is still not mature.Along with the universality of the factory automation(FA),the office automation(OA) and the house automation(HA), the single phase permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor is applied very extensively. The way the motor generally works cannot satisfy the demand of producing and living, in which the speed of the motor with a single-phase supply is constant.The usage functions of motor needs to be improved urgently for the larger starting torque ,lower speed and good speed control performance.In order to resolve the theoretical and practical problem above, this paper does in-depth and systematical research on the single phase permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor and its speed control method.The paper analyzes the structure and work principle of the motor, according to structure and parameter characteristic of the motor ,the magnetic field model is built in tooth layer ratio permeance method,then mathematical model of the single phase permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor can be deduced in the fixed coordinate, which can provide the theory base for analysis of the motor performance, the design of motor and its control system. By the analysis of the vector control theory of the general ac motor, the method of the vector control of the single phase permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor is proposed from the reference-frame transformation,which lays the theory foundation for high performance control of the single phase permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor. By the analysis of the step motion control theory, the method of the step motion control of the single phase permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor is proposed, which provides the theory foundation for servo control of the single phase permanent magnet low speed synchronous motor.By the in-depth analysis of the voltage space vector theory and the pulse...
