Aiming at solving the construction controlling issues, this paper expounds the construction control theory and conduct the static analysis, structural vibration analysis and analysis of suspender force measurement and adjustment of the superstructure of the main bridge of Moutai Three Bridge.Steel box tied arc bridge is of external static stability and internal statically indeterminate.As its appealing design and great adaptive capacity to foundation, it has been widely applied within Guizhou Province. The linear and stress control issue in the progress of construction is of great importance to long-span arch bridge construction. This paper analyzes several common construction control methods and conduct the static analysis of the superstructure by Midas/Civil, from which the stress and displacement index of the control section are obtained.With the comparison of experimental data and theoretical index, conclusion that the stress and displacement in real construction are in the controllable range. By comparing the first four moments of the vibration mode from structural vibration analysis, this paper found that the stiffness of superstructure meets the requirement and the coupled phenomenon of the structure mode is of low probability presence.Measurement and adjustment of the suspender force is the key factor of construction control. This paper uses frequency method to test the suspender force in the suspender stretching process repeatedly, by which the effective length range of the suspender has been obtained and the measurement and adjustment of the suspender force has been done successfully. Based on the former experience of others, influence matrix method has been used to calculate the suspender force. The results indicate that this method is more convenient and has better result. To improve the accuracy and efficiency of the adjustment of the suspender force, author has put forward the conception of transverse influence matrix at the first time. With the combination of transverse influence matrix method and longitudinal influence matrix method, the adjustment of the suspender force has been concluded, which fits the multiple indeterminate tied arc bridge best.
