Rotating machinery has been an important role in modern industry, the blades usually rotating in high-speed and under high temperature air impact, they are easy to malfunction, so the blades vibration measurement are very important. At present, the non-contact measurement has become the hot destination of rotating blade vibration measurement, including tip-timing method which is most widely used. In this dissertation, blade modal frequencies and vibration performance testing technology blade based on tip-timing method has been researched, and blade rotor experiment platform was established, tip timing signal preprocessing software was compiled as well, though the simulation experiment, good result has been obtained.The main work is as follows:1. Analysis the vibration type of the blade, get the calculation formula of the blade natural frequencies under the condition of bending vibration and torsion vibration, and the material and size of the blade is determined by the formula. with the help of ANSYS platform, get the first six order modal and harmonic dynamic response by finite element method.2. Study the static blade frequency measuring method, get the first three frequencies of the blade by the sound-frequency method3. Study the principle of blade tip-timing testing system, and build a blade rotor experiment platform, mainly including tip-timing sensor, motor, transducer etc.4. Based on Matlab GUI development platform, using the ratio method, design a blade-tip arrival time sequence processing software, realizes the change of the tip-timing signal to the vibration displacement, and simulation experiment is carried out to verify the validity of the software.
