Rotating machinery is an important equipment of all fields in the world,and the vibration of rotating blade affects the security and credibility of rotating machinery.Blade tip-timing method is the key technologies to study the blade vibration.It is of great significance for the blade vibration monitoring of rotating machinery.The main content of this paper is the blade tip timing test technique,build blade rotor vibration test system and identify vibration parameters.On the basis of the existing parameter identification algorithms,the method of non-uniform spectral analysis is used in data analysis.Finally,a set of non-uniform spectral analysis software was developed.The main work is as follows:1.Calculate the blade natural frequency according to vibration theory.Campbell diagram is obtained by rotor blades simulation model.Lay the foundation for experimental researches.2.Blade tip timing test technology is applied on a blade rotor experiment platform,mainly including blade parameters,tip timing sensor signal analysis and installation,debugging of motor and frequency converter and test plan formulation.Eventually,synchronous vibration data obtained under different condition.3.The second,third and fourth order synchronous vibration of 0.5mm blade have been obtained.The result is correct through compare it with Campbell diagram.Summarize the two parameter method,regression method and sine fitting method.The influence of tip timing sensor installation error to the result is studied through simulation data.4.A spectral analysis method is proposed to analysis tip-timing data.The blade natural frequency and vibration engine order can be determine by the comparison of spectrums.Now this method is used to the analysis of simulation and experiment,the experimental results show that the method is correct and effective.5.Vibration parameter identification software based on minimum variance non-uniform spectral analysis method is developed using GUI interface tools in MATLAB.It has friendly interface,programming norms,complemented by a wealth of mouse and keyboard control,achieved the humane operation.
