Abnormal vibration of the blade is a common failure in the process of rotating machinery.Based on the blade tip timing principle and using Simulink software,the monitoring model of blade vibration signal is established.Synchronous vibration and asynchronous vibration of the blade are simulated.Based on the simulation data,the periodic problem of synchronous vibration parameters identification and the accuracy of asynchronous vibration parameters identification are studied.A finite element model of the rotor-blade coupled system is established by ANSYS software.The rotor-blade coupled vibration is simulated and analyzed on the conditions that roto r appears unbalance vibration or rubbing fault.The non-contact online monitoring system is used to monitor the vibration of the axial fan blade,and the blade vibration amplitude and frequency are obtained by analyzing the blade vibration signal.
