The existing deployable mechanism used on spacecraft bearing weight, in order to ensure the structural rigidity and bearing capacity of this alloy structure form of joint, joint via a spring driven deployment and locking. The whole mechanism with high rigidity can carry great weight, but not suitable for light equipment support and expansion because of the weight, cannot meet the small satellite light equipment and supporting the use of requirements.In this paper, the new type of light, non magnetic, deployable, locking mechanism with light equipment was studied, and gives the design scheme. The pivot joints,which is the key point of the whole mechanism, is made for the design, deployment test and optimization design, eventually will be optimized product integration as the mechanism component, and carried on the preliminary test. Through the analysis of the space environment with the mechanism assembly (mechanical analysis and thermal analysis) and the test of precision (reliability test) and gradient test at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, prove that this set of agencies in place of high reliability, good adaptability to temperature changes.In the current world widely arisen satellite miniaturization tide, This study can be used to meet the demand of light load to the aerospace machinery products, And play an important role in the development of the work in the future.
