The Study Of Cold Starting Emission Cars And Starting Performance

The automotive industry in today’s society has brought convenience and development to the human society,at the same time, it also brings serious negative impact on the global environment, automobile exhaust has been the main source of air pollutants in the city. So control device that can take the engine exhaust of harmful substances according to the vehicle running situation has important and far-reaching significance for the sustainable development and city air harmful substances control of automobile industry. According to experts,from 2010 to 2015 the number of vehicle holdings in China will continue to show the trend of rapid growth with the national income level raise. In order to reduce and control the pollution of exhaust emission of automobile, more and more application in auto generation control device and switching control device must be encouraged. In this paper the car low temperature cold start emissions and starting performance are analyzed.The concrete research contents are following:The first analysis examined the impact of the major factor in cold starting performance of vehicles which use the gasoline and diesel engine: effect factors of equivalence ratio, the ignition parameters affecting factors of influencing factors, the intake air temperature factors, starting speed factors, engine coolant temperature factors. Analysis of the main factors affecting the performance of cold start emission of vehicles using gasoline and diesel engine: the facts of effecting low temperature making the battery terminal voltage drop and so on. Then according to the contrastive analysis in the main measures to improve vehicle gasoline and diesel engine cold starting performance and emissions during cold start performance. Finally, using the Chery Tiggo vehicle and Yuchai 6105 Diesel engine experimental bench made cold start effects of experiment conditions the battery voltage, the intake air preheating and cooling liquid preheating of gasoline engine cold start performance and emissions during cold start performance. Gets a different battery voltage, different inlet air temperature, different cooling liquid temperature in the emission data starting performance, carbon monoxide, carbon particles and hydrocarbons car cold.
