With the deepening of the manufacturing industrialization process in our country, the production management mode with informationization auxiliary also gradually exposed some deficiencies. The most obvious problem is the combination and integration between information management with industrial field control. Manufacturing execution system(MES) helps enterprises set up a bridge of communication between the planning layer and control layer which fill the gap between them. But at present in our country the research of MES is mainly about production process scheduling, existing problems such as the low degree of equipment integration, ineffective real-time、automation control lagging behind. The intelligent equipment integration platform based on MES we study in this paper, is analyzed about the traditional discrete manufacturing digital workshop. I n order to meet the need of real-time data on the spot of the digital workshop with the upper MES workshop management system, the system provides a unified, open communication mechanism, to realize the production process data acquisition and process contro l, through integration and connection with different digital intelligent devices in the workshop production process.Firstly, this paper describes a system architecture of discrete manufacturing digital workshop, analyzes the integration requirements for intelligent equipment during implementation of MES system in the digital workshop.Secondly, this paper sets up a kind of three layer overall frame structure of intelligent equipment integration platform based on MES system which is suitable for discrete manufacturing digital workshop. The framework is divided into the workshop directors, information interaction, field equipment layer.Next, this paper studies some key problems of intelligent equipment integration platform system based on MES in detail. It determines the network communication structure in the digital workshop site, to realize the network connection of digital intelligent devices. It sets up a model of equipment in the digital processing unit, and then studied the processing unit running processes based on this model. In order to realize the integration and control of equipment in the processing unit it establishes action sequence protocol of the processing unit and designs the relevant communication protocol of network application layer. It studies the integration strategy of the underlying intelligent equipment based on OPC technology. It determines the structure of OPC server of the intelligent equipment integration platform. In view of the multi-source heterogeneous of the underlying product ion information, It studies the OPC data type conversion mechanism. At last it analyzes I/O DLL which can solve the connection between the hardware from different manufacturer with integration platform through I/O DLL.Finally, based on the study of the frame structure and key technology and combined with the functional requirements of intelligent equipment integration platform system in the enterprise, this paper designs and develops intelligent equipment integration platform prototype system based on MES which is applying in the discrete manufacturing digital workshop. And the related research results have got trial application in the enterprise and it has obtained some good application effect.
