With the further reform of higher education advancing China, the employment system of college graduates reforming, new employment system establishing, graduates have to face the test of New Age. New generation has a superior living environment, rich economy, and many of who is the only child. Their outlook on life, values has changed, who are self-centered, advocating freedom, paying attention to quality and lack of hard-working spirit. At the same time, most of them have a higher degree and a certain awareness of rights, therefore, they have higher requirements for the modern industrial environment.Now the research to resting place is lack, most factories have little of resting place to workers, so that the majority of workers rest in Staff Dining Hall or working tables. In the face of national government accused, it is necessary of Perfecting industrial services and rights consciousness, and focusing on front-line workers working environment, physical demands, health and safety.In this paper, we put forward a optimization model of the factory resting place to let workers to get comfortable, healthy rest environment, to make workers more rapid awake from the rest, faster into the working state, improve work efficiency.Through field investigation and literature survey of factory resting place, we could get human body thermal comfort index and waking-up model of resting places. Through the laboratory experiments, we could obtain The transient change stimulation index of temperature, illumination and colour temperature.This paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter one: introduction. Discussing the the research background and significance of this thesis, the domestic and foreign research present situation, research purposes, research objects, research contents and research methods;Chapter two: Investigation of current status of electronic machinery factory. The first part discusses the basic information of the factories, resting place, work and rest schedule, alleviate fatigue, feeling and effect. The second part discusses the basic characteristics of climate and plant in Chongqing and the statue and influence factors of the indoor heat, light and sound environment.Chapter three: Theory review. Review of transient- stress theory,memory- random theory and human thermal comfort theory, we draw a preliminary conclusion of affecting the comfort of human factors and the random variation of transient changes, and research the optimization model of the factory resting place.Chapter four: Transient experiments. We draw the fatigue cycles of workers, the random variation of the transient change stimulation index of temperature, illumination and colour temperature, through “Experimental Research of College Students Fatigue Cycles Trend in LED Lighting Environment” and “Experimental Research for the Transient Stimulation of Heat, Lighting Environment”.Chapter five: Design strategy. The first section describes the design strategy of the rest space of human comfort index, the second section describes a single workshop to rouse the strategy space model and different models,the third section selected preliminary investigation of a factory assembly workshop as the simulation design,and the use of strategies, provide examples.Chapter six: Conclusion and Outlook.. Summarize the results of this study, and to wake up the space scope are discussed, and put forward the shortcomings of technical indicators.
