Industry not only contributes greatly to the China’s rapid economic development, but also speed up the process of city construction, but because of the low starting point and the highly freedom of planning construction of many industrial zone in China, which began against the city process now, hindered the further development of the City, especially city like Shenzhen, with the rapid development of the city, most of the old industry at the beginning of the development can not kept up with the pace of development,which occupies the advantageous geographical position of Shenzhen. Therefore, transformation of the old industrial area has become a pressing matter of the moment. In the transformation of the original building materials in order to better use, reduce energy use, this study did research on energy consumption demand function replacement transformation of the old industrial park to be transformed into green building new features.First of all, in this study we did research of the XX old industrial district’s energy consumption through questionnaire survey, practical exploration and messuring energy consumption data, witch concluded the energy consumption status and energy consumption characteristics and rules of the old industrial zone, these all provide a powerful datasupport for this study.Secondly, we had anlysised the sensitive influence factors of the building energy consumption through a lot of research by using the method of literature research and cases research, and we summarized the factors that influence the building energy consumption sensitivily, witch provides the basis for the study of energy consumption forecast of the the renovation of old industrial park.Thirdly, this study proposed the prediction method of energy consumption module and analysis of the consumption demand of different functional modules on the basis of anylisis of the building energy consumption in the scheme design stage, and did the energy needs of the same function module that using of different service strategies. The energy consumption forecasting method bases on modular thinking, witch can calculate the energy consumption demand of the building that made up of diffirent fuchtional models and layout flexiblely. This method can guide the architect understanding how to use the function module combination and various layout to obtain a better design of energy-saving building quickly In the design stage. The study not only useful in the transformation of the XX old industrial zone prediction method of energy consumption, but also for each region,all kinds of buildings’ energy consumption prediction in the scheme design stage of construction, which has a very wide popularity.Finally, in this study we summarized the existing building energy saving technology, and put forward the proper energy saving strategy based on the industrial park’s own characteristics in the study, witch made the old industrial factory turned into a green and new government office building, and made the entire industrial park to re brand vitality.The research results of this thesis is aimed at XX specific industrial park, but is not limited to the park, it has great reference significance for most part of Shenzhen and even the whole country, which can provide a powerful force for the development of green building.
