Bridge is the important conpoment in the road transportation network, it’s also the key for operation of each line as early as possible, therefore, we must guarantee its safe operation during the design and service life. Prefabricated concrete beam bridge is widely used in practical engineering. However, with time goes by, owing to a variety of external environmental factors, the structure performance will appear different degrees of decline, we must know its operating state, in order to make timely reply measures. Load test is the often utilized mean by engineers, we can evaluate the bridge working state, judge the safety of the bridge bearing ability and operation quality through the load test results.This paper proposed a static parameter identification algorithms based on the displacement error, the algorithm relying on real bridge load test, bridge finite element model was established, built the displacement error vector between the measured data and model calculated values. The paper also deduced static equilibrium equations based on observed freedom degree, established iteration equation, through gradually decreases of the displacement error, we can obtain unit stiffness correction, and complete the correction of the real bridge model. At the same time, in the determination of damage element and which parameter need to be correct, the paper proposed a method of selection for element identification by the theory of multivariate statistical analysis, analyzed the contact of beams by calculating the correlation coefficient of the measured deflection data, and applied principal component analysis onto the deviation between the calculated value and the measured value, then shows the step and physical meaning of the statistical data analysis, Through the combination of the two means, the relevant parameters of bridge structure were acquired, and the actual working state of the bridge was analyzed.The aim of finite element model updating is to identify and modify parameters, the updated model can represent the real bridge model better, and parameter identification results can be used to judge bridge damage location and conduct subsequent repair working.
