As magnetic field is the key element of the wireless power transmission device to pass power, the distribution of magnetic field has important significance for the research of wireless power transmission equipment. Through the understanding and contrast analysis of the magnetic field distribution, the wireless power transmission technology and equipment can be studied more effectively. Now people often use magnetic field simulation to understand situation of magnetic field, but there are all kinds of errors between simulation and actual situation. Thus the measurement of magnetic field distribution of wireless power transmission device has practical significance.This paper is committed to develop a set of automatic measuring device of magnetic field intensity, realizing the measurement and visual display of the magnetic field distribution of wireless power transmission device. It locate s the magnetic field measuring probe accurately through mechanical guide rail structure, then collects the magnetic field intensity values of each point in the space under the specified frequency. After the data processing, it shows the three-dimensional surface map of the magnetic field distribution, and then provides support for the research of wireless power transmission technology and equipment.According to the related features and technical requirements of this system, the paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the system, completes the measurement device of magnetic field, including the measurement system of magnetic field, mechanical structure, the control system of guide motion, and develops the upper computer software system for the system. The system firstly sets the machine guide rail structure. Then it locates the measurement points accurately through the rail movement driven by stepping motor. The system measure s the alternating magnetic field generating by wireless power transmission device on the basis of induction coil measuring method, the rail movement and magnetic field measurement are completed under the control of the PC software. At last, the PC software processes the measured data, and maps out the surface of the magnetic field distribution.It measures the actual magnetic field distribution of wireless power transmission equipment which is researched and developed in laboratory by the developed system, and then completes the corresponding comparative analysis.
