Fossil energy can be used to provide power to human, but also brings environmental pollution problems at the same time. People should use it not only more efficientlybut also cleanly. Coal- oxygen- steam combustion without CO2 emission is a new kind of power generation system(OCCSS for short), which can simultaneously satisfy the high efficiency utilization of coal and control carbon dioxide emissions.As a new type of power generation system, the combustion mode and the working medium of doing work are both different from traditional power plant, so it is crucial important to build the overall system model and simulate the generation efficiency of system to proved the feasibility and advantages of the new system. Study on the influence of the combustion chamber pressure, fuel ratio to the performance of the system, we get the change law of system static characteristic, which has reference value to the technology development direction.In this paper, the process simulation software Aspen Plus was used to establish the system model, and calculate the system’s net power generation efficiency. Contrasting and analyzing with the traditional boiler power plant and the third generation of oxygencombustion technology, the OCCSS generating system net efficiency is higher than traditional boiler and oxygen- combustion technology, which means it has obvious advantages in technology.Calculate two different kinds of the OCCSS, the results show that the power generation efficiency of OCCSS based on ultra-clean coal is higher than that based on coal gasification.Research system static characteristic of OCCSS based on ultra-clean coal power, it shows that, net power increase with gas generator and# 1 Reheater pressure. With the increase of # 2 Reheater pressure, the system net efficiency rise firstly than descend latter.When two fuel ratio of the combustion chamber changed, if the increase ratio of combustion chamber is in the front of the reduced ratio of combustion chamber, on the contrary, the net efficiency decreases.Research system static characteristic of OCCSS based on coal gasification, unlike the ultra-clean coal system: the system net efficiency rise firstly than descend latter with the pressure increase of the gas generator. System net power fluctuation is less than ultra-clean coal system, the system is more stable.
