With the increase of rocket emission density, the demand for the engine working reliability is higher. Bellows components is the control core of the main valve in the turbine pump, its flexibility will directly affect the rocket working performance.The manual detection method is used in the dectection of bellows components flexibility, this method is largely influenced by artificial factors. A new detection method is urgently needed on detecting it scientifically.Firstly, the paper established the mechanics model of bellows components in the main valve. The mechanical performance of its deformation, stress and strain distribution, force-displacement curve was analyzed by Abaqus. The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the design of bellows components and the construction of the flexibility detection device. Then the paper proposed a pneumatic linearization control method based on real-time interpolation. According to the pressure growth on the interpolation cycle, control pressure will be preallocated and making a real-time adjustment on the control element to ensure the linear growth of pneumatic pressure. The paper also designed a set of displacement detection device based on laser sensor, it can measure the bellows components movement in the main value steady and precisely. The core control system was developed based on the ARM processor to control the pneumatic pressure linearly and collect the data. The acquisition card based on AD7366 and the power and interface substrate was setted up around the processor. The pneumatic pressure linearization control algorithm and the serial data transmission mode based on DMA were carried on research and development.Lastly, the system paraments of the detection platform were measured through the experiment and the decision criteria of the flexibility bellows components was studied. By loading different growth speed of pressure on the bellows components, the results of Statistical analysis showed that the pressure growth speed had no effect on the stiffness, mean square error of displacement deviation, opening/closing pressure, but had a great influence on the speed fluctuation of bellows components. the flexibility of bellows components detection system parameter was confirmed and the next research focus was proposed at the last of the paper.
