| The H-Beam with sine wave corrugated webs adopt the corrugated steel plate as theweb, and such webs, without using the stiffeners, possess high out-plane stiffness andshear strength with small thickness. So the H-Beam with corrugated webs can effectivelysave quantity of steel.This paper chiefly makes ANSYS calculation on the mechanic properties of theH-Beams with sine wave corrugated web. Then the analysis and comparison on therelevant intensity data of two different H-Beams structures have been presented, whichreveals the advantage of the H-Beams with sine wave corrugated web. The main researchwork includes:(1) Based on the results of previous studies, the mechanical models for the H-Beamswith sine wave corrugated web were established. The mechanical characteristics of theH-Beams with sine wave corrugated web which were under different loading conditionwere cleared: the flanges bear the axial pressures and bending moments, and the sine wavecorrugated web bear the shear forces. And the results show that the H-Beam with sinewave corrugated web call overcome the limits of thickness ratio of the H-Beam withnormal corresponding web, and thus has a good economy.(2) The analysis and comparison on the stress field of the H-Beams in the two simpleboundary conditions explained the influence on the static mechanic properties for thewave of the sine wave corrugated web and loads of different forms impact stressdistribution and deformation. Then the finite element numerical analysis on themechanical properties of the H-Beam with sine wave corrugated web and the H-Beamwith normal corresponding web calculated the elastic stress field and Mises yield field onthe sine wave corrugated web and so on. In short, the results obtained revealed sinusoidalpattern in the H-Beams with sine wave corrugated web bearing the superiority.(3) The analysis of stability analysis and dynamic performance studies on the twodifferent H-Beams structures in the two simple boundary conditions have been done,which reveals the distribution of each mechanic properties of the sine wave corrugated web and this may provide a significant reference for further researching and engineeringapplication. |
