All countries are trying to find a balance point between the energy, economy and environment.Gas turbine technologies have been paid more and more attention in various countries because of its fuel cleanliness, high efficiency, and the intelligent control system, developing rapidly. Gas turbine CCHP(Combined Cooling, Heating and Power) system technologies using small and medium gas turbine as a dynamic have achieved the energy cascade utilization through the recovery of the waste heat with the heat recovery steam generator. The maximum utilization of energy is achieved by using the waste heat, transporting to the users with electricity, heating and cooling power. The contradiction between the energyenvironment and economic development is relieved, developing rapidly.Studies showed that the output power and efficiency of gas turbine CCHP systems could achieve a great increase with the method of injecting superheated steam into the combustion chamber.CCHP with steam-injected gas turbine can meet the diferent load demand of buildings, showing perfect off-design performance. This paper is mainly about the optimization allocation of buildings with steam injected-gas turbine CCHP systems, providing a reference for the optimization of CCHP modification. The system could be important to the development of distributed buildings. In this paper, the main research work and results are listed as fllows:(1)In order to study the steam injected-gas turbine system,a steam injected-gas turbine system model was set up. The performance data and its influences on the power and efficiency of the whole system were analyzed by choosing an example, getting the off-design characteristics of CCHP with steam injected-gas turbine.(2)The typical daily energy consumption of the same buildings in different climates were analyzed by using the building energy consumption simulation software Energyplus. The related typical load characteristics of cooling, heating and electricity power were achieved. The climate data in different areas has an important impact on the building load.(3)According to the optimization of configuration,a multi-objective evaluation index was established as the configuration choice evaluation index including the building energy consumption, economic and environmental comprehensive evaluation indexs.Different fitted euations of steam-injected gas turbine(STIG)were established with the selected gas turbine. The weight coefficients of different indexes were selected according to different index. The maximum multi-objective optimization value was searched with the maximum capacity of the gas turbine at full load as the variable, obtaining the optimal configuration of system capacities of the selected building of Beijing and Guangzhou.(4)With The relationships between optimization allocation and the climates in different zones analyzed, following the power load would be the better operation mode for steam-injected gas turbine.Building with STIG CCHP shows more perfect performance than with custom gas turbine CCHP system. Different single evaluation index on the optimal results was also analyzed, acieving the proportion on the optimal configuration of secleted building:①selected building of BeijingEmissions Saving Rate > Cost Saving Rate > Primary Energy Saving Rate② selected building of GuangzhouEmissions Saving Rate > Primary Energy Saving Rate> Cost Saving Rate...
