The energy consumption of buildings accounts for about 28% of the country’s totalenergy consumption. The elevator electricity consumption is just less then the air-con-ditioning power consumption.Therefore, the elevator energy saving becomes more and moreimportant.In the elevator control system,the largest control method is frequency control.Whenthe elevator runs down in heavy load or runs up in light load,motor of elevator works inpower generating state.It will produce a lot of energy. Because common converter supplyenergy one-way, energy generated by the motor can not be fed to the grid.This energy will lifthigh the bus voltage.If the energy can not be released effectively, the bus voltage will be liftedtoo high.The frequency converter will be damage and become invalid,because of the high busvoltage.Energy feedback Elevator has two main research directions: one is to use the techniqueconvert AC / AC, this method of energy are fed directly to the grid, the other is to usetechnology DC / DC(Bi-directional DC/DC). Methods of feeding direct energy to grid lead tointerference with the grid, the second approach not only avoids interference with the grid butalso resist to the loss of the operating system that occors grid outages.First, the thesis introduces the development and application of methods of converting DC/ DC. Based on the requirements of the practical application of the system energy savingelevators, platform storage system supercapacitors, designed the circuit diagram. Analysis ofoperating principles of circuit diagrams, detailed analysis of the charging and discharging ofthe supercapacitor, program control. With the theoretical analysis, using the software Matlab-Simulink to carry out simulation and analysis of simulation results of the system. Theconducted simulation software is very important for the conduct of the hardware circuitdesign later.Next step is based on theoretical analysis and simulation results of the hardware circuitdesign. Mainly include: circuit diagram for Bi-directional DC/DC based on the PWMcontroller UC3846 and based program MSP430 controller circuit; current and voltageprotection circuit, inductor design, transformer. In it also refers to the bridge circuit design,software design limit peak voltage compensation based on the slope of the UC3846, MSP430 applications designed high-frequency tranformers etc.Finally, based on the hardware circuit was designed to conduct experiments andadjustments, a aspect to verify theoretical results, on the other hand through a detailedcomparison, figure out the difference between the theoretical and the real system and drawgeneral conclusions.
