Preliminary Discussion On Fine Management System Of Guangzhou Metro

But in our country, the construction industry has been the lack of a mature, effective project management system.In this paper,it takes Guangzhou Metro fine management as the background.Through the introduction of construction of the engineering project management theory as the breakthrough point, first expounds the significance and role of refinement in the modern enterprise management. And then based on Guangzhou Metro fine management implementation method and standard are discussed, this paper analysis of the Guangzhou Metro fine management’s carrier-integrated project management platform.Through the introduction of the integrated project management platform’s interface、function、operation and existing problems, this paper try to evaluate the effect of Guangzhou Metro fine management.Use Nonparametric analysis to calculation on the efficiency of Guangzhou Metro’s fine management.
