Abstract/Summary:
The electric power industry is relates the national economy and the people’slivelihood the foundation industry, undertakes is promoting the national economydevelopment important task.Along with society to electric power demand suddenlygrowth, electric power supply and demand contradictory day by day prominent, investsquestion which the power transformer project the infrastructure construction intoelectric power enterprise first needs to solve.Power grid engineering project risk management is a goal-oriented managementactivities, it belongs to the power grid project total goals and tasks, through the initiativeand system of power project risk for the whole process of identification, evaluation,taking risk management measures, risk monitoring, risk event of the power grid projectadverse impact minimization.Power grid project is large in scale, long construction period, complex technology,the task is urgent, involving many units. Various construction conditions and influencefactors are always changing, once the risk occurs, often cause great loss and harm, suchas the time limit for a project, cost of extending substantially increased, programmodification, operation stability is difficult to guarantee. The end result will lead to theeconomic benefits of the project down, and may bring hidden dangers to productionsafety, and thus to the national economy production brings adverse consequences.Therefore, must attach great importance to risk, to analyze risk, risk prevention, risk,use of positive efforts will risk to the construction of power grid project brings losselimination in the lowest limit, this needs to carry on scientific risk management.This research will combine Guangyuan Tingzikou hydropower project the actualsituation to start the project risk management study, this article altogether divides fiveparts to carry on writing. First through to the selected topic background and thesignificance, then the project risk management theory and method undertook combing,subsequent to the hydroelectric power engineering project risk management research,the risk identification, analysis, evaluation, response to propose research analysis, andthen to Guangyuan in Tingzikou hydropower project as the case to develop risk management aspects of the analysis, the final conclusion.
