Electricity from wind power will gradually take a larger share of over all generation.Wind power generator is the most important component of the whole wind company.The reliability service of wind power generator concerned production efficiency of wind companies and security of workers’ lives,property. To ensure the steady operation of wind power generator and To achieve the purpose of monitoring the running state of wind turbine,this paper introduce a design about a data acquisition system applying for Mechanical Fault Monitoring of Wind Turbine.This collection system combines the STM32 processor come from ST company with AD7606 a 16 bit ADC convertor.Which has the advantages of high accuracy and high processing speed.It can collect the data of vibration signal,speed signal,temperature signal,audio signal and so on,is a multi-functional acquisition system.The course of designing including hardware and software two parts. The work of designing hardware such as designing the module of sensor signal conditioning,the module of signal acquiring,the module of CPU controlling,the module of network transmission and some peripheral circuit.I also have made PCB and tested them.The work of software debugging of this system was finished in the keil software environment.The priority.step is transplanting u COS-II RTOS,and writing application task program.The application task program including vibration data acquisition program,temperature data acquisition program,speed data acquisition program,audio data acquisition program,WEB SERVER program and so on.u COS-II could make tasks to run simultaneously and don’t influence each other because of the resource allocation and the task scheduling of u COS-II.The system comprehensive utilized STM32 microprocessor and u COS-II RTOS,to realize the function of collecting vibration signal,temperature signal,speed signal and audio signal.also achieve the aim of changeable sampling-ratio collecting and changeable sampling-interval collecting.And the data could be transmit to the monitoring center use Ethernet by controlling of system.The system can meet the designing and application requirements basically.This collection system could provide fundamental for mechanical fault monitoring and diagnostic system of wind turbine and also improves the stability and reliability of wind generator.
