Durability test is the important means of inspection quality, the service life of the wind power generator, wind turbine durability test work is of great significance.This paper introduces in detail the basis of the durability of small and medium-sized wind turbine testing technique theory, according to the requirements of IEC 61400-12-1 to edit, hardware selection and software and structures, the small and medium-sized wind turbine power test system, the application of this system for 3 kw wind turbine durability test experiment was carried out.First through consulting a large number of literature, summarized the current development of small and medium-sized wind turbine and the current situation of the development of power characteristic test, introduced the main test standards and test certification wind turbine technology. At the same time points out the importance of small and medium-sized wind turbine durability test work.Secondly, wind power, wind power generation system are introduced in detail the features and the durability of the small and medium-sized fan test related theory, in-depth interpretation and analysis of the IEC 61400-12 and IEC 61400-2 standard, summarizes the small and medium-sized wind turbine durability test method and the specific requirements of small and medium-sized wind turbine durability test.Third, according to IEC standard requirement for fan test system, set up the small and medium-sized wind turbine power test system. System has a high accuracy, high stability and anti-interference ability, and has the ability of remote data transmission.Fourth, the durability test and analysis of 3 kw wind turbine. Through test, record the running status of wind power generator, calculate the utilization rate of wind power generator, the analysis of the uncertainty of wind machine in the running process, inspection of wind turbine parts damage, the degree of wear and corrosion.Test results show that the wind turbines during the test running time of 3340 hours, the wind turbine at 1.2 times the design wind speed(14.4 m/s, and less than 18 m/s) running more than 452 hours, the total number of all meet the requirements of the standard time, due to the measured wind turbine installed the overspeed protection and over voltage, over current protection device, and cut out 18 m/s wind speed is, wind turbines stop running under 1.8 times the design wind speed, so the wind turbine in larger wind speed could not be destroyed, wind machine durability test is not affected. From test data analysis, the wind turbine output power in the process of test no obvious attenuation, and the wind turbine availability is 94.4% greater than the IEC standard required by 90%. The unit under test has not been found in the inspection of obvious damage, corrosion and wear parts.
