Small and medium sized wind turbines play an irreplaceable role in the wind power industry due to their unique characteristics such as cleanliness and ease of distributed grid replenishment.Wind power generation technology and wind power technology complement each other,and the progress of wind power technology is inseparable from the improvement of wind power test technology.This topic set up a small and medium wind power test field in the coastal area of Dongying,Shandong,planning and arranging the location of the wind turbine,and designing the optimal layout plan of the wind turbine.The wind turbine is properly utilized and the IEC standard is tested in the shortest time.On the basis of that,we should reduce the area occupied by the test area,increase the generating capacity,and effectively improve the economic benefits of the small and medium wind power test field.The topics required are selected as 1.5kW and 3kW five blades,small wind turbines,5kW downwind directional umbrella type wind turbines,10 kW,30kW and 100 kW three leaf ordinary horizontal axis wind turbines.According to the IEC standard,the wind resources of the small and medium wind power test field are evaluated,and the prevailing wind direction is ESS(southeast and South),and the second main wind direction is the direction of NE(northeast).According to the distribution of wind resources,the results of site evaluation and the IEC standard,the layout of six wind turbines was arranged,and the preliminary layout scheme of the wind turbine position in the small and medium wind power test field was obtained.According to the calculation of wind direction effective sector of wind turbine in IEC61400-12-1:2005,wind direction effective sector of wind turbine under the preliminary layout scheme of small and medium wind power test field is calculated,and the wind direction of each wind turbine is tested effectively.The power output characteristics and the calculation of power generation and the calculation of the wake loss are carried out for the medium and small scale wind farm.The wake velocity of six wind turbines is calculated numerically,and the longitudinal and lateral distribution characteristics of the wake are obtained.Based on the two schemes of wind direction and prevailing wind direction and second main wind direction,the layout scheme of six wind turbines in wind power test field is simulated,and the wind turbine tail flow velocity distribution characteristics are compared,and the interference phenomenon between the test field wind turbines is obtained.It is found that the second main wind is down,and the interference between BF position wind turbine and CD position wind turbine tail flow is more serious.The position and wake distribution of BF position wind turbine and CD position wind turbine are deeply analyzed.It is found that the F and D position wind turbines are located at the downstream of 72.65 m and 108.93 m position in the downstream of the B and C position wind turbines,respectively.Considering the prevailing wind direction and second main wind direction,and adding third wind direction to WN(northwest),the preliminary arrangement scheme of the wind turbine position in the small and medium wind power test field is adjusted,and the optimization layout scheme of the small and medium wind power test field is obtained,and the CFD numerical simulation is used to verify it,and the electricity and the wake loss are calculated,and the optimal layout of the wind turbine position in the small and medium wind power test field is obtained.According to the IEC standard,six wind turbines are arranged in the small and medium wind power test field,and the preliminary layout scheme of the small and medium wind power test field is obtained.The power characteristic test and the calculation of the power generation and the wake loss are carried out on the wind turbine under the preliminary layout scheme.The initial layout scheme is verified and adjusted by CFD numerical simulation method,and the optimal layout scheme of small and medium wind power test field is obtained.The successful completion of the project will provide some guidance for the layout of small and medium wind turbines in engineering practice.
