Study On The Technology Strategy Of Building Materials Sustainable Utilization In Building Demolition

In recent years, overcapacity of construction and its related industry, and the large scale of urban-rural construction and demolition were brought into focus. The state not only causes a waste of natural resources, but also has brought great damage to the ecological environment. In order to save the new material, prolong the life cycle of building materials, we use both the first products made from the natural resources and waste building materials. Thus more recycling and reusing of building materials has become an important standard of green building, also a social consensus. In above context, collecting the basic data as the foundation, using the principle of resources systems engineering and the related theory of circular economics, the building material resources circulation system is improved, and the relationship between the elements of the system and the whole system of environment is researched. So we can save more building materials, to promote the further development of green building technology.Material flow and circulation is the representation of social metabolism, also important means of interaction of natural ecosystem and human society economic system. The industrialization and the acceleration of urbanization broke the coordination of human social economic system and ecological system compatible with steady state. And the excessive consumption of resources, the environmental pollution emissions caused huge pressure to the natural ecological system. In the view of sustainable development, along with the unceasing enhancement of human social economic system technology, the wastes are used as a kind of new form of resources that is gradually being accepted by public. In the field of architecture, based on the life cycle theory of green building, the integration of the overall process of building material resources circulation has an important significance for alleviating the environmental problems caused by building material waste and resources shortage caused by disorderly exploitation.At present, domestic urban-rural development is so fast, as a lot of new buildings and demolition of old buildings speed up the input and output of building materials resources system. Thus the original circulatory system of the building materials resources cannot meet the social demand and the environmental requirements. In order to save building materials and promote the further development of green building technology, China need to establish new building material resources circulation system, explore the new engineering and technical measures.The study of the technology strategy of sustainable utilization of dismantled building material resources is mainly launched from the following three aspects:1) The demolition state of Gaoqiao village in the program of Samsung Industrial Park in Changan District, Xi’an, Shaanxi is investigated. By arranging the specific situation of demolition of a typical residential building, and detailing building waste material data, not only the technical strategy of the building demolition is put forward, and accounting for its economic benefits, but also a comparative analysis with the present major removal methods is made.2) The regional economic value and environmental value of building materials recycling of resources in Xi’an City were analyzed according to the on-the-spot investigation and the status of the domestic and foreign building materials resources recycling experience. The building materials system model is constructed and the relationship between the system elements is studied, which namely mutual relationship on material, energy and information in all stages of the construction, as well as the overall properties and rules of building materials circulation. Also its relationship with the environment is discussed, and the effect is evaluated.3) How to exert external force to the system, and the technology strategy of sustainable utilization of dismantled building material resources are studied, So as to optimize the system, and improve the status. What’s more, the general scheme and technical countermeasures of building materials circulation system at present situation in Xi’an area are discussed.Finally the idea of policy management and industrialization on recycling building materials resources in Xi’an area is put forward. The practical ways to make full use of the removal materials is discussed, to provide some theoretical and practical basis for the future research and practical work.
