Study On Development And Strategy Of Green Building In Heyuan City

Construction industry is the pillar industry of China's national economy,contributing more than 20% of China's GDP.However,the energy consumption of buildings is generally high.It is urgent to build low-energy,environment-friendly and sustainable buildings.Heyuan City is located city in Guangdong Province,with beautiful environment and rich natural resources.There are good economic and natural conditions for the development of green buildings.This paper provides a strategic study for the development of green buildings in Heyuan City,which mainly includes the following aspects:(1)This paper summarizes the research status of green building development at home and abroad,discusses the development of passive green building,and points out the research background and significance of developing green building in Heyuan City.(2)Through investigating and analyzing the basic situation of economic development,natural environment,construction industry,policies,regulations and lower development planning of green buildings in Heyuan City,the development opportunities and challenges of green buildings in Heyuan City are put forward.(3)the overall ideas and suggestions for the development of green buildings in Heyuan City are concluded in the following aspects,including the functions of the government in promoting the administration and legislation of green building,establishing and improving the evaluation system,improving the technical talents reserve,promoting and educating the awareness and willingness of green building,the incentive guidance and punishment measures of green building,the active role of large enterprises,the brand effect of green building and the Localized passive housing strategy in green building.(4)This paper enumerates the case of color passive green building of new library in Heyuan City,gives the construction principle and technical points of passive color green building,and provides reference for related projects.
