With the intensification of the urbanization process,commercial buildings as an important part of the new building,responsible for promoting local economic development,improve the quality of life of residents,to promote employment and re-employment of the important role.Modern urban commercial green building is in the stage of rapid development,but its excessive dependence on environmental resources has been a huge burden on the development of society,if unable to solve the problem will seriously affect the development of urbanization in China.Commercial building area energy consumption is high,with great energy saving potential,we should focus on passive design and technical measures of choice and application,so as to maximize the reasonable input,to achieve better low-carbon energy-saving effect.But also should actively use appropriate and reasonable positive measures as a supplement,the two complement each other,in order to achieve better low-carbon energy-saving effect.On the basis of the theoretical research,this paper takes Hangzhou Yintai shopping mall in Hangzhou as an example,and analyzes how to reduce the energy consumption of buildings from the aspects of urban planning,architectural design and construction technology,and analyzes the characteristics of regional climate and geography.Building,people,the environment between the three harmonious unity,to explore suitable for Hangzhou,Zhejiang,green building design methods.Through the simulation analysis of the project in Hangzhou West,the project has a clearer design for the sunshine,radiation volume,envelope structure and roof greening,and create a healthy and comfortable internal use space on the basis of effective energy saving.At the same time to take advanced active energy-saving measures,such as air source heat pump hot water system,solar energy system and light guide lighting system as a supplement to achieve better energy efficiency.
