In recent years, driven by booming housing market of supply and demand, the development of urban residential areas in China is of unprecedented scale and building faster.A large proportion of which has been transformed into a full-scale market-oriented commercial housing development, due to the link with economic, development model focuses on investment rather than flat.This shift to "benefit" has been linked directly with the residential development, prestige projects and real estate developers for the pursuit of quick profits from real estate, leading to the excessive demands of the nature and intensity of land use, which makes our style of housing and other development is essentially a closed market.From the extensive pattern of development, nor does it meet the supply models of urban culture in particular geographical environment.In this context, in the face of increasingly tight land supply urban residential development environment and the reality of the situation, how should we face each project in good faith, respecting the situation of real, rather than just using simple and economic logic, from a pure business based on rigid form imposed on the land.Made us more to create a respectful attitude, more a adhered to the patient, more of a social and human feelings, more of a stand at the city level considerations.With a open mind and humble attitude to design our urban life.Through Longbai 20C-08-01 whole design of residential block practice in Shanghai, to get the real solution.This project is located in Minhang district, Shanghai, Cypress Street.Project location is characterized, it is the specific constraints of small land design.Plot area of 3179.6 square meters, the owner demand to residential plots product configuration to maximize the benefits, as well as to satisfy the requirements and design the multiple functional requirements.How to use the limited land space, meeting under various constraints and requirements of owners, but also for residential lots, building themselves and the people who live here to provide more possibilities and versatility is what we want to try.And hope that through this particular constraints limited within the design practice of urban dwelling environment of increasingly complex looking for some possible answers.In the design process throughout the project, we not only refused to market in project orientation patterns of ordinary commodity trap.In detailed design is also from a combination of practical and cultural perspective, face and solve the problems due to land constraints brought about by the current, structure, number of parking problems.Particularity while weighing the regulatory, market, customer, cost controls, and other factors.Final outcomes are not just to solve these problems, it is also the process of discussion on the model of effective utilization of land, formed urban culture characteristic of architectural form and living environment.Meanwhile demonstrated in the market context, and developers of commercial house design in practice a style and attitude in the process.As increasingly tense City Centre residential plots of land supply practices, provide a solution to problems of design ideas.
