With the advent of a new era,the main contradiction in our country has shifted from the contradiction between the previous material and cultural needs and the backward social productive forces to the contradiction between the growing need for a better life and the unbalanced development.From the main contradictions at this stage,we can understand that people's demand for a better life is getting higher and higher in the new era,and people's demands for quality educational resources have become increasingly strong.People began to realize the importance of education and increasingly emphasized quality education to cultivate students' multi-faceted development and enhance their ability to innovate independently.In particular,basic education is even more important.The so-called environmental education,schools as a place for education and training of talent,the campus space environment directly affects the quality of education.One person takes up almost one third of life in school education,and the whole process is linked from preschool to graduate students.From this we can see that the importance of each stage of education is evident,and that each stage has different educational issues.As a transitional stage between basic education and higher education,the middle school education stage has a role that connects the up and down.The school building space environment is a prerequisite for quality teaching quality.According to the analysis of China's education development in the Yearbook of China's Education Data,it has been shown that China's secondary education has a relatively low investment in resources and resources for a long period of time,leading to imbalances in resources,tense school facilities,and low degree of modernization.There is a lack of space in the campus of the middle school,and there are a large number of dangerous buildings and simple teaching facilities.For the plan designers of educational buildings,they have been studying how to improve school conditions and improve school facilities through the means of architectural design.However,from a large number of studies,whether it is academic research or the actual planning and construction of schools,the “point of focus” for the research on the improvement of school space environment is mostly “intensification” of the space environment within the school,and it is to tap into the school's external space potential.The research is rare,but in actual schools,there have been schools that place some function spaces(teaching buildings,canteens,dormitories,stadiums,etc.)out of school,alleviating the pressure on schools.For situations in which the school cannot continue to dig for space,spilling out of the space environment is undoubtedly the “good recipe” for solving the problem of space deficiency.Therefore,research on the research of the environmental potential of off-campus space is imminent.Based on this,this dissertation uses a combination of pedagogy,economics,architecture,and sociology to conduct a large number of researches on schools with limited campus space,combing out the actual conditions of different types of schools,and understanding the use of school space.The specific issues are analyzed from the macro level and the micro level to the impact factors of the spillover of space environment.The object of study of this dissertation is an ordinary secondary school,excluding vocational middle school.The paper plans to use schools in local cities at or above the municipal level as research cases.First of all,we must sort out the history of the development of educational architecture under the concept of education both at home and abroad since the modern times.Based on the existing standards for campus design standards,we will collect and summarize the information related to the “enhancement of campus space environment” to refine the reference points;The typical cases for in-depth data collation are mainly the current situation of the use of building space and the data processing of questionnaire surveys.Then the basic conditions for the extra-territory space environment spillovers are summarized through comprehensive comparison analysis and questionnaire results,and the surrounding available facilities and spillovers are School space environment characteristics,changes in the average land use index.The classification of spillover functional spaces with different types of spillover space classifications.To sum up,this paper mainly researches and develops corresponding research results from the following aspects:First,at the macro level,it will sort out the history of educational architecture development under the modern concept of education both at home and abroad,and consider the impact of educational concepts on educational architecture.At the same time,combining the current domestic and foreign school-related design specification standards,it analyzes the typical domestic and foreign typical cases that have been completed and used as a basis,and as a basic reference,summarizes the characteristics of space environment spillovers.Second,combing typical cases;classifying the surveyed cases,in-depth analysis of each school's site conditions,campus construction,and space environment usage,combined with questionnaires for students and faculty and staff,and the existence of space-spilled schools Reasonable and necessary thinking and summary.Third,the characteristics of induction and summary;through the analysis of typical cases,summed up the spatial layout of the environment before and after the spillover,the functional composition,spatial organization characteristics,while analyzing the surrounding environment of the school out of the surrounding available facilities,for the last point of view support.Through the above research and analysis,at the level of architectural planning,a suitable principle for the campus function space to be placed outside the campus is summarized,and the appropriateness level of the functional space can be spilled.At the architectural space level,the composition and layout patterns of the campus space under the spillover of different functional space types are summarized to provide reference for the following researchers.The author hopes that the above research ideas and conclusions have a certain reference model and value for the existing and potential use of the secondary school campus with spillover functional space to improve the quality of the architectural space environment,and then to update and improve the existing campus environment of the campuses of middle schools.The research methods provide basic research data,thus saving costs,improving the utilization of space and facilities surrounding school facilities,further increasing the efficiency of running schools,promoting the opening of schools to the society,promoting the healthy development of regional education,and finally building a new era of education.
