The Cognition And Protection Of Cultural Landscape In Maiji Mountain Scenic Area

The natural and cultural resources are mingled in The Maiji Mountain Scenic Area, have the obvious adjoining relation. The cultural landscape in this scenic area, reflects many activity patterns of human, based on natural landscape. But there were many deficiencies of construction and development in The Maiji Mountain Scenic Area, the protection and cognition of cultural landscape is restricted to monuments, relics and cultural objects, but neglected the relationship between nature and humanity. Many cultural landscape is fail to be recognized and take the responsibility for protection and management gap. The study re-recognized the cultural landscape in scenic area, and aimed to seek a better protection and cognition way of the relationship between nature and culture in scenic area.The relationship between nature and human in scenic area is rely on consequences of the behavior, concept, effects of human, and the environmental relations. This study considered that, the cognition pattern of cultural landscape in scenic area is based on concept factor, behavior factor and effect factor of human, and the relations between them. This pattern could benefits the fully cognition of cultural landscape in scenic area and the recognition of object that need to be protect. The cognition of cultural landscape in scenic area tend to be ignore this relations, this study analyzed the characteristics of the cultural landscape in scenic area based on the historical superposition, complexity, special locality and temporal variability.After re-recognized the cultural landscape in scenic area, this study reviewed the facticity and integrity of cultural landscape, and reflected the value of it, at the sametime, determined the object of protection and exhibition in scenic area. Take example by the protection measures in and out the country, based upon the field research and status analysis, the author analyzed the situation in this scenic area, summarized problems, stated the specific measures for the protection and exhibition of cultural landscape. In the aspect of planning in The Maiji Mountain Scenic Area, the author pointed out the suggestions about how to embedded the protection and cognition of cultural landscape into the total planning of The Maiji Mountain Scenic Area, combined the cultural landscape with process and content of scenic area planning, and provide strong support for the current protection and management solutions, reveal the value of cultural landscape in this scenic area.
