With the continuous development of economic globalization,the profit determines the enterprise’s lifeline.From the view of construction enterprise,under the premise of ensuring construction period,the construction enterprise need to consider how to reduce the total cost by optimization to maximize profits.Therefore,in order to achieve the time-cost goal of construction enterprise,it has important practical significance to optimize construction schedule.In this paper,based on the theory of industrial engineering,the time-cost optimization,adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm and Lean Six Sigma management have been systematically studied.These have provided the theory basis for the construction enterprises to optimize construction schedule plan and schedule control.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)From the view of the construction enterprises,considering the time value of money and systematically analysising the three elements of the dynamic optimization of time-cost which are parameter variables,evaluation objectives and constraints,the dynamic optimization model of time-cost which is to minimize the total cost present value as the goal was established in given assumptions.(2)According to the characteristics of dynamic optimization model of time-cost,the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model and gave the improved method of parameter and the solving steps in detail,finally MATLAB software was used to achieve the algorithm.Through the analysis of the running results,the algorithm had high efficiency and strong optimization ability and avoided the emergence of the phenomenon of premature convergence which proved that the use of the algorithm for solving the model is reasonable and effective.(3)Taking a practical project as an example, using adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm to dynamically optimize construction schedule,got the time-cost optimization results which were compared with the static optimization results in order to verify the feasibility and necessity of considering time value of money.The introduction of Lean Six Sigma Management in the construction project,a management model of construction schedule based on Lean Six Sigma was established.This management mode was applied to control the construction schedule and ensure that construction enterprises completed the construction schedule in the premise of ensuring the quality on time and achieved the time-cost goal of construction enterprise.
