Construction project is an extremely complex combination of craft production processes, have a complex structure、high quality requirements and long construction period features.Most of the construction works in the construction process have failed to achieve a reasonable arragement,resulted in large number of materials (such as concrete, steel, cement, etc.)、time and labor are wasted in inefficient processes or substandard construction’s reworks.besides the project duration、quality、cost among other targets are difficultted to achieve the whole best. Would be caused the final completion of the construction product performance not certainly able to fully meet customer needs and expectations.The thesis will starting from the project’s multi-objective optimization,and will use the Lean and Six Sigma project management theory to multi-objective optimization that widely applied in the manufacturing field.Although many researchers and practitioners through use the concept of hybrid and related methods to improve the performance of construction projects.however,the Lean Six Sigma together in the construction industry to improve building performance and comprehensive customer satisfaction was rarely used,First, studied the Lean and Six Sigma theories, demonstrated and analyed the combination of LeanSixSigma theory applied in the constructionindustry, application of this method to prove equally appropriate in the construction industry, to prove the optimal allocation of resources can be achieved in construction products.Second, analyed the multi-objectiveprojects-cost、quality、duration and on this basis, builded a duration-cost、duration-quality mathematical functions, combined the three mutual relations,established a mathematical model of duration cost and quality multi-objective optimization. Thesis introduced a "multi-objective particle swarm" algorithm based the principles of arithmetic operations and parameters selection,on solving multiobjectiveoptimization problems this algorithm has highefficiency and parallelism.Proposed the DMAIC model that based on Lean and Six Sigma management theory, the five stages about definition、measure、analyze、improve and controlwere concepted and applicaed.Finally, taking the multi-objective optimization function model in the Project case, used MATLAB programming software to achieve the solution of multi-objective optimization model about project quality-cost-duration.through the construction of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC model to control the results and the measures.While maximizing the most reasonable and meet customer requirements to achieve the resources optimal allocation.
