With the improvement of construction technology,high-rise reinforced concrete structure construction speed has reached 5-7 days a,in order to meet the requirements of concrete formwork,formwork support system often requires continuous retention of two to three.The supporting frame body and the building structure are an organic whole,and the supporting frame and the beam plate are mutually interacted and mutually influenced.The existing formwork and scaffold design standards ignore the interaction between the multi template support frame and the main body structure,and there are obvious deficiencies,which makes the design of the multi-layer template support system security risk.In recent years,the quality and safety problems of the template project emerge in an endless stream,which is caused by the lack of the design theory of the multi-layer formwork support system.This paper adopts a set of advanced testing system in the course of the study,the project of Qingdao steel formwork support axial force and floor stress in the long-term monitoring,access to a large number of high density continuous,measured data.Then the finite element software SAP2000 is used to establish the mechanical model of the multi layer formwork support system,and the simulation results are compared with the measured data.Finally,by comparing the design methods are given by using a template and scaffold specification of the calculated results and the measured value,the calculation method of design specifications,finally put forward the calculation method of multi-storey formwork supporting system with force law and simplified formula.Through the statistical analysis of the measured data,and combined with the finite element simulation draws a series of conclusions are: 1)the most unfavorable load supporting frame vertical rod bearing,is superimposed on the upper roof pouring concrete is transferred to the lower bracket and the lower pole axial residual stress value,its value is approximately the size of only 1.9 times the new concrete load value;2)the upper pouring concrete is transferred to the lower pole of the load supporting frame about construction of the total load of 70%,passed to the next layer of the pole of the load is less than 30%.In this paper,the design and calculation method of multi layer formwork support system is proposed,and the simplified calculation formula is given.
