In order to promote shaanxi rural infrastructure, and to improve farmers’ living standards, this paper research on rural areas in Shaanxi Province, understand the status of rural road infrastructure. Through statistical analysis of survey questionnaire, found some probles existed in the construction of rural roads were discovered, Such as rural roads not hardened in some economically backward regions; blind pursuit of high-level road bring great economic pressure to the local government and farmers. This paper made a comparative analysis to the common form of rural road pavement from three aspects: technical attributes, environmental attributes and economic attributes, and analyze their applicability through combined with the characteristics of the rural regions of Shaanxi Province. The main contents are:(1)To conduct research and summarize the status of the road infrastructure in rural regions of Shaanxi Province, through the summary and analysis, found some problems of road infrastructure construction;(2)Comparative study on our common form of rural roads, and to study the applicability of various pavement from three aspects of technical, environmental and economic,analysis of applicability of these pavement forms in southern Shaanxi;(3)Using entropy weight method and TOPSIS to construct optimal model, combined with local characteristics, build the establishment of index system which can be applied to several pavement forms.(4)Take a village of pinley County of Ankang City for example, study on the optimization of the road surface of rural areas. It provided a new way for the choice of the road surface in rural areas of Shaanxi province.
