Yixing City is a small town in south of china and have a lots of revive. The city located in Taihu basin, and is the west lake upstream. For the abatement of pollution load into the lake, the state water projects, "12th five-year " plan for control and govern Taihu water pollution and establish the sub-project "Yixing City Water Environment Improvement technology integration and comprehensive application demonstration", by improving Yixing water environment to improve water quality enter the lake, and then achieve the purpose that govern Taihu. Therefore, in the process of governance Taihu, Yixing is regarded as a town that has pivotal position and the river water environment quality much attention inside city.Yixing’s river water environment quality has been affected by many factors. With the urbanization level improving, the city drainage system put more and more pollution load into revive, account for a large proportion among into many sources of pollution.For optimize the drainage system in Yixing, further reduce the pollution discharged into the rivers, improve water environment, the subject focus in drainage system of Yixing central city and conducted a series of analyzes, according to multiple sources of pollution and ways of contamination, we diagnosis the drainage system problem following aspects:1, Divide combined coverage; To identify the presence of combined piping drawings by local, urban plots Combined coverage, find the scope of Combined Sewage Overflow.2, Inquiry siltation pipe; Analyze may exist pipeline that have deposition with theoretically and then use the method that manhole water level measurement to exploring it.3, Question of pipelines wrong or mixed connection; Collection data about issues outfall, reverse checks,or detection of drainage water quality at the end of pipes judge whether there is wrong or mixed connection.4, Runoff pollution caused by sewage leaks; Collection data of municipal sewer flow, and take leaking pipe at the surface rainwater samples, and precipitation water quality compared with similar analyzes runoff pollution may cause water leakage.5, Residential rainwater and sewage shuffle; Through search, surveys, understand resident effluent habits,, and to observe whether the phenomenon occurs in rain and sewage drainage shuffling in source.6, Non-point source pollution of solid waste; Investigate urban surface sanitation and cleaning times’ everyday.7, Base on the problem diagnose above, develop drainage system rehabilitation programs:(1), Combined triage system reform in the conditional, otherwise proceeds closure process;(2), Using Mechanical dredging pipes that exists dredge;(3), Misconnection, mixed takeover paragraph be amended or closure;(4), Renovating district rainwater riser on balcony, and dredging rainwater port;(5), Surface trash need for timely clean-up, pay attention and reasonable handling, storing,.(6), Collects the end of the initial rainwater drain, according to different sources of organic matter come from discharge build conventional water treatment facilities and biological treatment facilities rainwater...
