| More and more old people with the age,the body function degradation,encounter mobility inconvenience and soil irregular problems.The rationality of toilet positions has gradually become a part of the comfort of older people.At present,the existing domestic drainage system is affected by gravity flow,different layer laying(most of the domestic)and pipe diameter(relatively large pipe diameter of water supply pipe)and so on,its laying is almost limited by the construction itself after the housing construction is completed.It is difficult for users to transform as needed,especially for the toilet drainage pipes.This paper proposes the study of the transformation of existing residential drainage pipe system,aiming at the transformation of toilet drainage pipe system,which is the core part of the drainage system.To explore the possibility of retrofitting existing residential drainage systems,we hope that we can propose a corresponding drainage pipe system reconstruction plan that fits with the position of the sanitary equipment for the living habits and physiological functions of the elderly,so that elderly people can obtain a more comfortable and safe residential water environment.In this thesis,an equal proportion experimental model was used.Firstly,based on the traditional gravity flow drainage method,the pipeline transportation capacity of the post-drainage toilet was tested,and the feasibility of the gravity flow drainage scheme for the nursing toilet was explored.Secondly,a small sewage lifting device is installed at the back of the toilet,the small sewage lifting device pulverizes and pressures the toilet waste water to the drainage lateral branch pipe,based on this kind of pressure flow drainage method,the conveying capacity of the nursing toilet drainage pipe is explored.Then,the influence of the pressure flow drainage method on the existing residential drainage lateral branch pipe system was studied.Finally,in comparison with ordinary post-drainage toilets,the effect of the nursing toilet drainage with pressure flow on the drainage riser system was explored.The results show:For the reformation based on the gravity flow drainage method,in the case of proper piping layout conditions(space requirements and aesthetic requirements),a toilet bowl appliance discharge pipe can be added on the floor upper part to meet the need for a more appropriate and convenient toilet placement position for the elderly.However,it is not appropriate to install additional pipe sections.For the pressure flow drainage reforming method of pumping sewage using a small sewage lifting device,in the range of ordinary houses,under the condition of lifting device operation,the length of the pressure flow pipe and the elbow setting have no significant influence on the transport of the sewage flow suitable for the old toilet.During a period of time after the hoisting equipment has stopped running,there is a phenomenon in which pressure water flow can’t be avoided in the pressure flow pipe and it is discharged by gravity.The length of the pressure flow pipe(upper drainage horizontal pipe)has an effect on the amount of residual sewage.For the drain horizontal branch system,large positive and negative pressure fluctuations do not occur simultaneously at the same place: The larger positive pressure fluctuations occur in the very short time after the confluence collisions of different stock drainage flows occur before the confluence point(upstream pipe segment).The larger negative pressure occurs in the period after the fusion of the different strands of the drainage water flow,and occurs in the segment where the gas path is blocked before and after the confluence point.In comparison,positive pressure fluctuations are affected by the order and timing of the drainage of different sanitary appliances.The nursing toilet with pressure drainage method is connected to the existing drain horizontal branch system.Under the condition of separate drainage,the “pressured” drainage flow will not cause abnormal disturbance to the gas on the non-drainage path in the drainage cross-branch system.When the access location is close to the riser,the pressure fluctuations of the various lateral drainage systems of the horizontal branch pipe system are close to the non-connected working conditions,which can be better applied to practical applications;When accessing the end of the horizontal branch pipe system,drainage with other sanitary appliances will bring about greater positive and negative pressure fluctuations.By appropriately expanding the diameter(DN50 → DN75,DN100)of the pipe section of the lateral branch pipe system(shared drainage path)and maintaining the gas path of the riser pipe and the exhaust pipe of each appliance,the influence of the drainage of different sanitary appliances(including old toilet for pressure drainage)on the excessive pressure fluctuation of the horizontal branch pipe system can be effectively avoided.For a drainage riser system,whether it is a multi-storey residential drainage system or a high-rise residential drainage system,old toilets using pressure-flow drainage have a slightly smaller or similar effect on the pressure fluctuation of the drainage riser system than the directly connected gravity flow drain toilet.It can be considered that toilets with pressure-flow drainage are connected to the existing residential drainage pipe system,the pressure fluctuation caused by normal drainage in its riser system is similar to that of ordinary gravity drainage toilets,and no abnormal pressure disturbance will affect the safety of the riser drainage system.Based on the above,the author thinks that the existing residential drainage transverse branch pipe system,which adopts gravity flow or pressure flow drainage,can enlarge the service range of the transverse branch of the drainage system to meet the needs of the old people to change the position of sanitary apparatus flexibly. |
