With the rapid development of China’s power grid more and more unmanned substation was put into used.Because no one in the field of long-term management,it is particuarly important to the monitoring center to real-time monitor the environmental and substation equipment secure.The intelligent Intelligent gateway is desigened to achieve this pupose.Gateway uses the power of networking technology, avia RS485 and GPIO interface to collected security information within the substationnd environmental data. Then according to the TCP / IP protocol to exchange data via Ethernet to the central platform. Choose a strong processing power ARM9 processor, built-in embedded Linux operating system, using a variety of anti-jamming measures to ensure the stability of the system.The main work of this paper is based on the basis of learning and research for embedded Linux,through the current configuration of the mainstream market research and design EZ9260-EVB ARM9 development board.Understand the characteristics and advantages of the embedded,By building software and hardware development environment, Linux kernel porting, network communication Linux system programming environment,etc.Achieve a gateway-based intelligent power monitoring system embedded Linux system to complete the monitoring center under the real-time monitoring of the substation.First, this paper describes the role of electricity in the entire unmanned substation gateway environment monitoring system and the specific location. According to the specific circumstances of the substation environment to circuit diagram of the hardware design and selection of the various processors.By this,making Intelligent gateways can be normal and stable work in a complex environment substation interference.In the core board module gateway of choice is industrial grade high-speed processor is ARM processor,becose it can provide a lot of peripherals and add-kind.Thus convenient as SF6/O2 using gas detectors, lighting control, temperature and humidity probes, air controllers and other detectors and controllers.Secondly, the design of the software system needed,including Socket programming, reads the configuration information, sharing and exclusive multi-threaded data center platform and data exchange.Embedded software is throughout the design,and it is very importent for the entire design and product.Software system to complete the probe function is to collect environmental data is sent to the control center via Ethernet port.Data sent by the packaging and parsing the definition of communication protocols to complete real-time data exchange environment.While control protocol layer to parse the user to control the underlying associated equipment, such as air conditioning controllers.Finally, combinate hardware and networking systems to get on net working testing,and detect the intelligent Intelligent gateways detect environmental data acquisition,real-time,accuracy and reliability.
