Due to the broad application of electric power equipments, quality of power supply, especially the harmonic problem has drawn much attention not only from power enterprises, but from management sectors as well. Embedded Internet technology is the hotspots of electronic information technique in the last several years. Embedded Internet technology is the developing direction and developing trend. In order to monitor power network, the article constructs the real-time remote monitoring system of power network based on embedded Internet.In hardware design, used ARM9 MPU—S3C2410X as the main control unit, which increased the operating speed and data handling capacity of the system. According to the function of monitor instrument of electrical network, designed modules of parameter measure and network communication to collect data and monitor remotely.In order to satisfy the demand of real-time ability and multitask management, ARM9 microprocessor is used for setting up embedded hardware platform aimed to monitor six circuits of electrical power parameters; By building Embedded Linux based on ARM9, the real-time collection of electrical net parameter is realized and TCP server is built; By embedding Internet in power networks field control equipment, the power network parameters monitoring system is realized in the windows environment; By building Qt/Embedded development environment in Linux, Graphical User Interface applications is programmed by Qt designer; by building Java development environment on Client, Java Applet is used to access SQL database technology, which realizes the remote monitor of electrical network parameters.Our experimatation indicates that the remote monitoring system of power network parameters is achieved through embedded Internet, real-time performance improved, friendly interface and strong stability got, in addition the system fully meet the parameters of the power system of the actual requirements of China's power network, which has vital importance for promoting the development of remote monitoring technology.
