Research On Lubricating Oil Fault Intelligent Diagnosis System Of Marine Diesel Engine

This paper takes the 16VPA6 STC diesel engine oil system as the research object, makes in-depth analysis of oil system faults when diesel engine is running, then establishes the oil system fault tree, and introduces the method of fault tree analysis, doing qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree. Then by the use of VB language and SQL Server database software, carries on the design to the software function of failure and man-machine interface, according to the ideas and steps of the design of expert system, At last, makes the establishment of marine diesel engine oil fault diagnosis expert system, and designs the diesel engine signal simulator, further builds the semi physical simulation platform, as the examples of functional debugging and verification.Specific research work is as follows:(1) make research the diesel engine fault diagnosis expert system, understand and master the knowledge base, inference engine, explain the concept of machine, man-machine interface and the establishment method of fault tree analysis;(2) make the analysis of the structure and principle of the system of lubricating oil, make sure the process of the lubricating oil fault, built the comprehensive fault tree of the system, and by the method of fault tree analysis, do two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree;(3) realize the expert system software design, make the establishment of knowledge base, data sheets, man-machine interface, the instantiation of reasoning mechanism;(4) design the PA6 type diesel engine integrated signal simulator, and perform a function test to itself;(5) built the semi physical simulation platform of expert system, the expert system do the real-time fault analysis based on signals of simulation platform.
