The mechanical inertial load holds the dominant position in all load simulation type, usually simulates with the mechanical flywheel, but the presence of inertia adjustment inconvenient, can’t stepless adjustment, complex structure and a small lag will bring great impact the entire system, while the high cost, installation, use and maintenance is more difficult. According to insufficient of mechanical flywheel simulated load, combined with domestic and international research status on the mechanical inertia simulation system, the paper carry on design and research to the dynamic load simulation test platform.In this article, using synchronous servo motor to achieve dynamic load simulation, simulation of torque caused by inertia, to mechanical inertia(flywheel) simulation system for mechanical properties. After joining the fuzzy controller, the dynamic load simulation system can be quickly and accurately to estimate the torque and inertia. Results indicate that the use of AC servo motor and fuzzy control, dynamic load simulation method can replace mechanical flywheel.The main content of this article includes:1) Briefly introduce the background of mechanical inertia test platform, the development of the test platform and the domestic and foreign research present situation. Analyzed the main characteristics of load test and commonly existing load platform of typical used control methods, proposed based on the AC mechanical servo motor for dynamic load simulation system of the scheme.2) Respectively, establish and compare dynamics equation of mechanical inertia(flywheel) system and dynamic load simulation system, and to compare the motor type and select its control strategy, and design the overall scheme for the dynamic load simulation system.3) Establish the mathematical model for permanent magnetism servo motor, introduces the principle and characteristic of the direct torque control, establish MATLAB/SIMULINK model for Mechanical inertia electrical simulation of direct torque control system, then simulate and analyze the mode.4) According to the previous results of the system dynamic model and simulation results, combined with fuzzy control strategy, establish MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation model for dynamic load simulation system based on fuzzy control, then simulate and analyze the mode.5) Design and testing dynamic load simulation test platform, in the same conditions and parameters, testing and comparing with the mechanical inertia(flywheel) simulation test platform, and simulate variable inertia load on dynamic load simulation test platform, analysis of the mechanical properties.
