With the rapid development of electronic control technology and suspension technology, the electronic control air spring suspension applied more and more widely in the car, air spring suspension technology is an important technology in suspension system. Compared to traditional suspension, air spring suspension can significantly improve the riding comfort and steering stability and other performance. Based on air spring suspension as the research object in this paper, Introducing and Analyzing principle features of the air spring suspension and stiffness frequency characteristics of the air spring. Experiment mechanical properties test in the experimental station and obtain a given pressure compression and a given pressure stretching and a given positioning test correlative curve.Aim at nonlinear characteristics of the air spring, establishment of active control of nonlinear mathematical model of air spring suspension and nonlinear simulation model of air springs. Design the matching PID controller, fuzzy controller and fuzzy adaptive PID controller based on air spring suspension simulation model that established in Matlab/Simulink toolbox. Simulate of the three controllers in Matlab/Simulink toolbox, establish active control air spring suspension simulation model. By control results of the three controllers show that the three kinds of controllers can effectively improve suspension performance, fuzzy adaptive PID controller control results better, followed by PID controller, and finally the fuzzy controller. |
