It is easy to see the rapid economic development and the high standard of people's living,while the environment is very poor,which haze reminder has become an indispensable part of weather reports.So people pay more attention to pollution-free products,the Electric Vehicle(EV)came into being.Compared with Fule Vehicle,EVs are clean,no contaminating and successfully deal with the current energy security.It is becoming an inevitable trend that EV will replace conventional energy vehicle.Motor control system is one of the most important parts of EV,so it has a great significance to analysis various motor in EVs situation.We select the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)as system controlled object.Due to it has the advantages of high power density,small size,high efficiency,wide speed range and so on.On the control system architecture,design some important circuit of system and make experiment which based on TMS320F28335 DSP chips.There are still some defects in the control of PMSM.First control system is unstable at low speeds,the flux and torque ripple is large at the same time.Worse still is temperature changes make system more unstable.Second,system design is so complicated that the volume too large,and have low power density.To solve these problems,study on temperature changes on the motor parameters and the control system which based on the motor mathematical model is necessary.Then introducing intelligent control fuzzy PID to satisfied temperature change.In the motor control strategy,we focusing on the direct torquecontrol strategy and its improvement,the effects of temperature changes of the system,introducing the nonlinear fuzzy PID control.Finally the control algorithm is simulated and verified by Matlab/simulink.Results show the proposed control strategy is more stable and reliable,torque ripple is greatly reduced,the corresponding fast,and enhanced the anti-jamming capability.We also designed a software program based on CCS3.3,which program input to the lower computer through the host PC,the electric machine is researched through this experiment.Experimental signal waveform shows that this control strategy is feasible.The motor torque ripple is greatly reduced,and the motor speed is very stable,system has a high system reliability finally.
