| This paper systematically studied the industrial arc-teeth synchronous belt’s research development at home and abroad, summarized the industrial 3M arc-teeth synchronous belt’s materials, geometry size and physical properties, got the 3M arc-teeth synchronous belt’s elastic modulus and poisson’s ratio by means of a tensile test, established the relations between driving wheel rotation speed, tension and the maximum stress of belt teeth side and root, built up the transverse vibration displacement equation in the course of 3M arc-teeth synchronous belt’s transmission, obtained its changing rule in the influence of driving wheel speed and tension, minutely introduced procedure of industrial 3M arc-teeth synchronous belt dynamic simulation model establishment based on the software of Recurdyn, analyzed the maximum stress of belt teeth side and root, the transverse vibration amplitude and frequency under different rotation speed and tension, validated the mathematical model, conducted the transmission stability test on the industrial 3M arc-teeth synchronous belt, studied the influence rule of rotation speed and tension on the synchronous belt’s transverse and axial vibration, further validated the mathematical model and simulation results, based on the C language, carried on the parametric design and programming of 3M arc-teeth synchronous belt’s multiple wheel transmission system. This paper offered a feasability study method for the structure design, useful life and transmission stability of the industrial 3M arc-teeth synchronous belt, as well as multiple wheel transmission system design and calculation. |
