Automotive synchronous belt plays an important role in the engine timing drive system.In order to better meet the performance requirements of the engine,it is necessary to improve the transmission efficiency of automobile synchronous belt,reduce transmission noise and make it run stably for a long time.This paper makes a concrete analysis of the problems related to vibration reduction and noise reduction of synchronous belt timing drive.On the basis of a certain theoretical analysis,the vibration mechanism of synchronous belt timing drive is clarified.Based on experiments,the vibration characteristics of ZA and RU synchronous belt drive are analyzed,and the simulation analysis is also carried out to compare the influence of ZA and RU synchronization on transmission vibration.The main research work is as follows:The research status of vibration of synchronous belt drive at home and abroad is analyzed concretely.The correlation of meshing impact excitation,stiffness excitation and vibration in this drive is analyzed.Based on a certain theoretical analysis,a meshing impact excitation model is established and corresponding experimental analysis is made.In this paper,the characteristics of automotive synchronous belt as viscoelastic composite material are analyzed in detail,and a measurement model of layered bulk modulus of elasticity is established.The influence factors of transmission performance are analyzed.For ZA and RU synchronous belts,the simulation analysis of transmission is carried out by software.The correlation between the change of belt teeth structure and load distribution is discussed,and the influence of tension force on vibration amplitude is also discussed.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the dynamic equation of the transverse vibration of the synchronous belt is established,and the natural frequency of the transverse vibration is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the simulation results of the natural frequency of the transverse vibration of the belt are basically consistent with the measured values.Taking ZA and RU synchronous belts as the research objects,the vibration test of synchronous belt transmission was carried out under the same experimental conditions.Based on two wheels of no-load vibration test bench,the vibration tests of ZA and RU synchronous belt with variable speed and tension were carried out respectively.The vibration amplitude of the synchronous belt with tightened sideband back was measured by Doppler laser vibrometer.The comparison shows that the vibration amplitude of ZA synchronous belt is larger than that of RU synchronous belt under the same test conditions.It can provide some reference for vibration reduction and noise reduction of synchronous belt transmission timing system of automobile,and provide reference for related theoretical research.
