Analysis Of The Expression Of Regional Culture On Interior Design Of Themed Hotel

Booming businesses and tourist have led to a growth in the hotel industry. Many theme hotels which based on culture were adopted as a major attraction for travelers and business people. Meanwhile, creativity and some new features should be included in the theme hotels. Compared with the western model, the theme hotel with Chinese characteristics has obvious predominance, yet which has many problems in practice because of its imperfectness. For example, the selection of themes is unreasonable and the application of the topic is not systematic enough. Because theme hotels based on region and culture is a relatively new field, so it calls for more research and development.This article altogether divided into five parts.The first chapter expounds the research background,purpose,mesning,content and methods.The second chapter discusses the concept of regional culture and the themed hotel.Then,it expounds the development trend and classification of themed hotels.Then,obtained the relationship between them and analyzed the outstanding cases of themed hotel at home and abroad.It summarizes the design principles and methods on theme hotels of regional culture in the third part.The fourth part is a illustrative part of the design practice.It discusses the element of theme hotels such as nature, humanity, history, and folk custom. Then this paper clarifies the orientation of the research which should be beneficial to the development of theme hotels based on region and culture. Then describes the transformation of the hotel’s flat.Then,discuss the solutions which can make atmosphere of regional culture.Finally,analyze the hotel’s lighting and color.It proved that the rational application of light and color can render the hotel’s theme better.The fifth chapter summarizes the system application and methods of site analysis, selection of theme, reformation of plane and application of the theme. This paper realizes the role of culture of Tang in the promotion of theme hotels and it also affirms the prospect of its expected benefit and culture value.
