Study the magnetic properties of magnetic materials is by detecting the EMF signal under an applied magnetic field. Data acquisition and storage of magnetic properties sensing signal by synchronizing data acquisition system. To ensure that multiple sets of small signal acquisition speed and accuracy at different excitation frequencies. Choose the virtual instrument technology as the magnetic properties of the sensor signal detection platform, completed the magnetic properties sensing signal detection system based on virtual instrument technology.This work supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Study on the sensing signal detection of the magnetic properties based on virtual instrument. Study the structure of the sensing signal detection of the magnetic properties. Designed a new 3D measurement of the magnetic properties of the sensor system. Select the sensing coil method as the theoretical basis for the measurement of the magnetic properties. Design a new B-H composite structure of the sensing coil, and calibrate the sensing coil. And designed a new 3D magnetic properties measurement system based on virtual instrument. Output 3-dimensional magnetic properties measuring device orthogonal direction excitation signal, and achieve the data acquisition of the sensor signal of magnetic properties. And has a good interactive interface. In the end, measure the SMC cubic for 1D,2D and 3D magnetic properties through the 3D magnetic properties measurement system. Analysis of measurement results and proves the correctness of 3-dimensional magnetic properties measurement system.
