Explosion-proof electrical equipment often faces with extremely complex and harsh environment in production practice, which is very susceptible to corrosion damage. Once the malfunction or failure occurs with explosion-proof electrical equipment, it possibly causes huge economic losses and even casualties. So certain technical and management tools must be taken to ensure the safe operation of explosion-proof electrical equipment. So it is especially important to analyze the failure of explosion-proof electrical equipment. However, there exist some problems such as probability(events) can’t be obtained enough, the contact during events is difficult to make clear and we can’t describe the degree of fault when analyzing the explosion-proof electrical equipment with the method of fault tree, which makes the establishment of the fault tree become extremely difficult.In order to conquer these issues, based on the traditional FTA, this thesis established an intelligence management system model which is based on the T-S fuzzy FTA. This model has these characteristics. On the one hand, the fuzzy possibility is used to describe the fault probability of component; On the other hand, the relationship between events is described by the T-S door, which takes place of the traditional logic gates. Last but not least, the fuzzy tree represents the degree of failure parts. When fault diagnosis is applied to the explosion-proof electrical equipment, these characteristics solve those three problems better than traditional FTA solution. In order to apply the model to practice, a kind of intelligent management system of explosion-proof electrical equipment was designed in this paper. The system consists of data acquisition subsystem, data diagnosis subsystem, report form subsystem, system database etc. This system can easily complete the functions of data collection, display, generating or upload diagnostic results and other functions.In this thesis, the management system based on this model is realized, which makes it possible to find the fault reason and the transmission route of the equipment, then the fault locating, diagnosing and maintenance in time can be executed. This has implications for explosion-proof electrical equipment to improve its reliability, maintainability and safety.
