Noise pollution become one of the three major civil engineering construction noise pollution, With the rapid development of urbanization, population density in large urban areas, construction works and even at night rush produce more and more inevitable noise that affect the residents’ of the surrounding buildings the lives and health, and construction noise comes mainly from construction noise and people noise machinery. To improve the people’s living standards and to reduce the impact of construction noise on the people’s lives and reduce the noise generated by construction to begin to draw Russia, the United States and other developed countries’ attentions. In order to meet national policy and improve the people’s living standards, drilling devices need to be improved in order to become more efficiency and less noisy-making,This paper mainly response through dynamic study of drilling cutting process in vibration in the brick wall, destroy law and due to the stress wave effects on drilling in order to further improve the ultrasonic vibration drilling equipment to make the drilling equipment as far as possible the low energy consumption, high efficiency. And reduce the vibration in the course of drilling noise has been in continuous improvement in test the vibration drilling process noise to a certain control. This paper studies are as follows:(1)Described micro- sound drilling devices and experiment.(2)Breakage mechanics of tool drilling brick walls are analyzed;(3)The influence on the vibration drilling process of crack stress wave analysis;(4)Using the discrete element software PFC3 Dto establish three-dimensional solid model to simulate the process, test;(5)Software simulation tool drilling process analysis of different parameters and draw internal force chain distribution results, failure analysis of composition and data and the correctness of the theory and experimental verification of the front;(6)Taking the tool amplitude and tool rotation speed for the parameters, with the minimum cutting resistance as the standard, so as to determine the optimum parameters of cutting tool, high efficiency, low energy consumption effect.
